Alongside current PSHE resources, a set of proposed Citizenship objectives has been developed to support schools in preparing for future curriculum developments.
These objectives focus on building pupils’ understanding of community, responsibility and life in modern Britain, helping schools to begin embedding key concepts ahead of the expected 2028 changes. The resource is designed to be flexible, allowing schools to start strengthening their Citizenship provision in a way that suits their setting.
