They also include specialist services for those seeking support for harmful sexual behaviour, exploitation or experiences of sexual violence.

Torbay Safer Communities website providing information on domestic abuse and sexual violence, how to access local help, and how to support someone else. 

Shore Space

A confidential support service for children and young people who are concerned about their own sexual thoughts or behaviours. Shore provides information, advice and guidance to help young people make safe choices, understand boundaries and access appropriate support.

 

Devon Rape Crisis Support Service 

Provides support to survivors of rape, sexual assault, or childhood sexual abuse. Devon and Torbay (excludes Plymouth) 

 

Galop 

Helpline for LGBT+ people experiencing any kind of abuse. 

 

Karma Nirvana 

Support for anyone experiencing Honour Based Abuse or forced marriage. 

 

National Stalking Helpline

Ahimsa 

a Respect-accredited charity working to end domestic abuse. We work with people who cause harm to change their behaviour, while supporting their (ex)partners and families to stay safer. We deliver long-term, trauma-informed interventions for meaningful change.

Condoms for young people | The Eddystone Trust

Guidance on accessing condoms, understanding safer sex and protecting sexual health. The resource explains how condoms help prevent sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and unintended pregnancy, while signposting young people to local services and support.

Provides specialist support for anyone who has experienced sexual violence or abuse, regardless of when the incident occurred or whether it has been reported to the police. The service offers medical care, emotional support and information about available options and pathways to recovery.
